As Senior Manager, Community Engagement and Program Officer for Bayer Fund, Amy oversees program development and strategic investments in non-profit organizations combatting malnutrition and food insecurity and providing support services for patients and families managing cardiovascular disease and cancer. In 2024, Bayer Fund awarded $11.8 million in grants to more than 2,200 charities and nonprofit organizations in both urban and rural communities.
Prior to serving in this role Amy has held various positions during her 28 year career with Monsanto/Bayer, including managing Global Volunteerism, Stakeholder Engagement and Marketing Programs. Amy resides in St. Louis with her husband and two children.
