Our dues schedule dates back to the late 1990s and last changed in 2012. Since then, inflation has increased the cost of delivering high-quality programs, staffing, and infrastructure. Further, the membership expanded PhilMO’s role as a statewide philanthropic-infrastructure organization.

To continue delivering high-impact service, responsible leadership, and efficient statewide infrastructure, PhilMO will implement a new 2027 dues schedule. The proposed fair and responsive schedule was thoughtfully developed with Member input, reviewed by the Board, and will be finalized with a vote in December 2025.

There is no dues change for 2026. As we prepare for this transition, we appreciate any Members who choose to include an optional “Dues Plus” contribution with their 2026 dues. These general operating dollars strengthen our capacity to serve the sector through this complex time.
