Executive Director, Baptist-Trinity Lutheran Legacy Foundation
Beth Radtke has served the non-profit sector in some capacity for over 20 years. In June 2018, Radtke was named executive director of Baptist-Trinity Lutheran Legacy Foundation, a health conversion foundation that annually invests $700,000 into the Kansas City region in the form of grants and scholarships. BTLLF also operates Kansas City’s Medicine Cabinet, a $1.8 million program that provides low-income people with access to health services.
Radtke began her career in St. Louis, where she served for nearly seven years in development and communications roles at the International Institute of St. Louis before beginning her 13-year tenure at Commerce Bank in the role of grants manager in 2005. In 2010, Radtke was promoted and relocated to Kansas City to serve as the director of administration in Commerce’s Charitable Trusts & Foundations office, and, in 2012, she was appointed foundation office director.
Radtke has served on numerous non-profit boards, committees and task forces. She is a 2011 graduate of Kansas City Tomorrow, a program of the Civic Council of Greater Kansas City. Raised in St. Louis, Radtke earned her MBA at UMKC’s Henry W. Bloch School of Management and an BA in Psychology at Bryn Mawr College.
