GCG Members are invited to join the St. Louis Funders Learning & Evaluation Group (FLEG), for a free two-part webinar series to hear how fellow funders have approached rapid response grantmaking during the COVID-19 pandemic and ongoing civil unrest. This webinar series is powered by FLEG’s Capacity Building Committee.
Part 1: Rapid Response Grantmaking (August 26, 2020; 10-11:30am)
Deaconess Foundation, Marillac Mission Fund, St. Louis County Children's Service Fund and United Way of Greater St. Louis will lead this peer learning opportunity through a panel discussion focused on how their organizations' have recently (1) addressed the community's changing needs; (2) quickly applied their grantmaking review protocol; and (3) utilized other grantmaking practices relevant to the current pandemic and recent uprisings. The registration deadline for part one has passed.
Part 2: The Role of Data and Evaluation from Crisis to Long Term Recovery (September 16; 10-11:15am)
Based on feedback, learnings, and reflection from the committee, FLEG has decided to cancel this offering to give their team the opportunity to reconfigure and ensure they provide a high-quality event.
