Missouri rural grantmakers/funders* are invited to attend the launch of Philanthropy Missouri's new Rural Funder Network in the rural community of Eldon, Missouri.
The Rural Funder Network is a pilot statewide group of Missouri rural grantmakers/funders who will meet quarterly, in-person in rural communities across the state.
At this meeting, you will have the opportunity to get to know your funder peers who have interest in rural Missouri, establish the Network's shared learning agenda for the year, and participate in several site visits in the Eldon community.
*Community foundations, private and family foundations, donor-advised funds, health conversion foundations, corporate foundations and giving programs, public religious charities, tax-supported funders, and federated funds (e.g., United Way) who invest in rural - or who are interested in learning more - are welcome to join the Rural Funder Network. If you are unsure about your organization's eligibility to participate, please contact amy@philmo.org.
