Missouri rural grantmakers/funders* are invited to attend the second meeting of Philanthropy Missouri's new Rural Funder Network in the rural communities of King City and Maysville, in Northwest Missouri.

*Community foundations, private and family foundations, donor-advised funds, health conversion foundations, corporate foundations and giving programs, public religious charities, tax-supported funders, and federated funds (e.g., United Way) who invest in rural - or who are interested in learning more - are welcome to join the Rural Funder Network. If you are unsure about your organization's eligibility to participate, please contact amy@philmo.org.

7:45am          Travel from St. Joseph (if lodging there) to King City (30-45 minutes)

8:30am          Check-In / Breakfast

8:45am          Rural Funder Network Meeting

11:00am          Introduction to Northwest MO

11:15am          Lunch & Maximize NWMO

12:30pm        Community Site Visit - King City

1:00pm          Travel from King City to Maysville (20-25 minutes)

1:30pm          Community Site Visits - Maysville

2:45pm         Rural Funder Network Debrief

3:30pm         Depart

On the evening of Tuesday, October 29, we will gather for a dinner meet-up in St. Joseph. Registrants will receive more details closer to the event.
