The Community Foundation of the Ozarks has recently awarded several grants, including:
- Grants Jeannette L. Musgrave Foundation’s Change for Children Grants: The Community Foundation of the Ozarks (CFO) awarded over $250,000 to eight nonprofits for the first year of three-year proposals under the Musgrave Foundation’s high-impact grantmaking program. This is the second round of grants awarded since CFO began administering the Musgrave Foundation grantmaking program in July 2020.
- Ozarks Inclusive Opportunity Grants: During CFO’s 2020–21 fiscal year, 21 agencies received a total of nearly $20,000 through Ozarks Inclusive Opportunity Grants. Provided through CFO’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Fund, the new funding supports small grant requests to ensure the representation of diverse voices in community conversations, engagement and leadership.
- Coover Regional Recovery Grants: In response to increased pandemic-related needs, the Coover Regional Recovery grantmaking program distributed $311,460 in funds to a record-breaking 115 nonprofit agencies, school districts, faith-based organizations, and governmental entities in CFO’s 2020–21 fiscal year.
